Probably the best thing to ever happen to me. Shyloh's big biceps have thoroughly captivated me. Jokes aside, this visual novel has me HOOKED. The story, the visuals, everything is made with so much passion, I cannot express just how good it is.
the plot is soooo good, characters are so beautiful and interesting, but it was too short, i need more 😭😭 will be waiting for a full release, hope it will be soon 🙏🙏 thank you for this demo!!

I finished the game SO quickly and I was already left wanting more </3. I'm honestly most fascinated by Kai (and a lot of others seem to hold the same opinion!) and that interest only grew when I read his trigger warnings. The "suicide" and "self-harm" tags intrigued me even more and I can't help but wonder how that will play out. Can't wait to see what's in store for him... 💕
I actually love the author even more than the characters. I really enjoyed the game — a lot! The only downside was that I had to use a translator since I speak Russian and the game is in English. But in the end, it helped me improve my English, which made the experience even better!
this game is so good until now guys, i really hope it will become more popular and also i hope you are having as much fun creating it as we have playing it, even if at times it may be hard. i really appreciate your hard work<3
gad;fkjadfja i am SO curious as to how the full game will play out !!!! the atmosphere of the demo is lovely so far and the horror art is sooo unsettling luv it so much and ahhhh i KNEW my baby shyloh and kai were the only ones who were being honest though like considering the descriptions for each character and the fact that there are like supposed to be routes for each character, im questioning how the heroes storylines are gonna work lol like i cant imagine sev wanting to stick with any of them after THAT LMAO like it almost has me wondering if there's an even more sinister being here other than the heroes like whats up with helios and the One??? ahhhhhh im so excited HALF the prologue being this intense and interesting makes the rest of the game seem so promising
okay so i busted playing this, it was legit so peak and i cant wait for more, ill be your nr1 supporter till the end i actually cant wait. Like i love every character in their own way, I actually cant explain it with words but probably one of the best visual novels ive played in ages. Im so looking forward for the full game, trust me ill be grinding once it comes out. Im in love with everyone and i appriciate what your team is doing SO much im actually obsessed. You guys are doing amazing, keep it up!! <33
Good concept so far. I enjoyed it but despite making the MC masculine in character creation that face just doesn't work with the rest of the body... I'd suggest adding options for that
Unfortunately, that kind of request isn’t something we can take on right now. We’re a small team of volunteers working on this as a free indie game, and we simply don’t have the time or resources for that level of customization.
To give you an idea: even just adding a more masculine face would mean creating multiple versions to match all the different skin tones. Beyond that, each face would need its own unique set of eyes, brows, noses, mouths, and other sprite elements— none of which would align with our current base model. It adds up to a huge workload really quickly.
And that’s not even counting the GUI icons needed for the character customization screen, plus the extra programming and integration work required to get all of it functioning properly with the existing sprite code.
We understand that not everything will meet everyone’s preferences, and that’s completely valid. But leaving a low rating over something that’s simply beyond the scope of what a small, unpaid volunteer team can deliver doesn’t reflect the bigger picture of the project or the effort that’s gone into it.
Appreciate you being a good sport about it. Just sharing this from the dev side of things: Itch’s rating system is a bit unforgiving. Even a 4-star is treated as a “low” rating by the algorithm, and it takes a lot of 5-stars to offset just one. That’s why I’m bringing it up, it can seriously skew the overall rating, even when the feedback is well-meaning.
I already LOVE his personality, and this tells me that more further in the game when he (probably) develops feelings for the protagonist, he is most likely the type of character who will deny these feelings. We don't know his background for now, but by his attitudes during the demo, for me, he will be difficult to communicate with romantically or even more deeply. He denies truths that are written all over his face, really giving the tsundere vibes ahaha. Even with his more "distant" personality, he seems to me like he wouldn't hurt the protagonist, even if he were told or if he himself had more violent attitudes, I don't think he would mistreat her, or if he did, he seems like the type of character who would suffer in silence for it later. I think it will be a very big problem to make him admit any feelings, but who doesn't love a challenge? And about his past, I think the protagonist will have some impact on this, either as a form of healing or help, maybe. Or maybe she can't help and it goes all wrong. BUT, it may not be any of this!! I wouldn't be surprised if there were some plot twist. And whether it is or not, I know the story will be incredible, because just by playing the demo you can see that you can't expect anything but also expect everything at the same time!!! Keep up the amazing work, we all are loving this!

I literally LOVE MERKA and this game so much.... But I'm lowkey kind of confused about each character's relationships with each other.
