I finally finished going through all the options (HOPEFULLY. I wouldn’t want to miss anything out) so I think I can finally write a comment for this game and OH MY GOODNESS. You are now crowned as my current favorite.
One thing I prioritize specifically in a good visual novel is the storywriting so when I came across this…*chefs kiss* THE LORE LORED BEAUTIFULLY!! Besides hot pixies, I was so entranced reading the dialogue. I was crazy enough to try to discover as much as I could. I kid you not, I literally jotted down every theory and analysis so I can keep note the next time this demo updates.
Speaking of, before I get into that, I want to make an extra note that I really likes the music. I don’t really often listen to game soundtracks, but I especially like the song played on the main menu (listening to it as I write.)

Shyloh my beloved. I was always weak for a villain who does what they do for the sole purpose to win over the person they yearn for. However, I feel like his love is not healthy and just as twisted as the rest (His trigger list oml.. why is gaslighting so high bby..). His goal seems to be an ending where MC will be by his side, but the process could be morally debatable.
From how I see it, his power comes from extracting ehsas from others, hence his association with the sin gluttony. Still, I feel bad for MC rejecting him outright..( LIKE I GET IT IF WE DON’T TRUST HIM INSTANTLY BUT IMMEDIATELY GOING FOR THE HEROES JUST BECAUSE SOME GUY CONJURED A MAGIC SPAGHETTI NOODLE OUT OF THIN AIR LIKE CMON MC UR IN THE MEDICAL FIELD I THOUGHT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE SMART. 😭)
Like the rest, it seems he wants our essence too so he can achieve his goal, although unlike others, its likely for a less selfish desire. ANYWAYS id still go along with wtv tf hes planning… I AM SUDDENLY BLIND TO HIS FLAWS. MY SWEETHEART IS AN ANGEL.
Kai is a literal enigma. Studying his character I always find something that could possibly make him a good guy, then the next thing I find is a blatant red flag. Looking at his and Helios’ convo, im guessing he was the former leader( also saw this when MC was looking at the drawing), he fucked up in the past, got replaced by Helios as leader, and now the rest of the heroes don’t really care to acknowledge his presence. And since hes with a lack of authority, my theory is hes gonna use Shyloh to use MC to overpower the rest of the pixies, hence why he encourages MC to find Shyloh.
Anyways WHY IS HE ALWAYS COVERING OUR FACE THOUGH. I get that the veil is some sort of a protection but theres definitely an ulterior motive in obscuring our vision. Also reading his dialogue- can this mf see the future?? Is that why hes acting so differently??And finally, again, ppl are labeling Kai as the chillest mf BUT WHATS GOING ON WITH THAT TRIGGER LIST. We are safe with NO ONE.😭
Helios… it makes me fucking CACKLE to see despite me getting the most bad vibes from him, hes apparently the tamest mf in the trigger list. It seems like he wants nothing more than MC’s essence…probably, probably not.
I still believe though he has SOME sanity to him, especially comparing to the rest of the pixies. Who knows… this guy being splayed as the most intimidating might turn out to be least worst, besides Shyloh. That’s what im expecting at least.
Yulen and Adonis were the probs the most provoking to me throughout, especially the scene where they jumped MC (speaking of that scene-HOLY SHIT. Did they really have to go that hard on them, and by EVERYONE?? Poor mc lmaoo).
As of now I still cant figure out why yulen lied(?) about the creation process (when he said “looks like that pink snake didn’t train me well enough” I feel like he was talking about Rosario teaching him to lie since apparently he doesn’t do that, rather than the referring to other thing he mentioned- I COULD BE WRONG THOUGH), Im thinking that when they were created they were in a much weaker state?... THEIR MIND GAMES BRO- IM STILL FIGURING THEM OUT. 😭
Least I can say abt Merka and Rosario is that they were big contributors to the info I gathered.. Thanks to Merka whos just spewing shit straight up without thought, and Rosario whos probably half truthing it? Still. AND OH GOD ROSARIO CAN SHAPESHIFT. I felt so scared and relieved at the same time, relieved because now I know the second encounter with ‘Shyloh’ was a dupe, and scared cuz OH NO SHAPESHIFTING- That ability is SO powerful for manipulation. Rosario is hot BUT NO THANK YOU.

Ahem. In summary. I am insane for this game. My theories are probably SUPER far off but Ill definitely keep playing the game and reading the comment section to sharpen my analysis! I saw the recent development log and I hope it goes well for you and the rest of the team! Despite Helios being an absolute gaslighter, and frankly evil man... I can't help but love him.
Like something about him weirdly makes me have sympathy for him??? Which is crazy, what is there to be sympathetic to? In my heart there's something and I just want to help him despite how awful he seems to be.
I think just like mentioned in the comments before, I'm gaslighting myself into loving him BUT LIKE AGAIN... There really is just something about him that I can't help but be interested. I will say I do completely see why people are on his slander train but... I'm on that love train even if it means I'm a naive freak.

You’re already on the right track with your sympathy for him because trust me, you’ll understand him in ways you didn’t expect, even when he’s doing some of his worst stuff. Like, he’s morally gray, messed up, and honestly, that’s exactly why he’s so compelling. You can’t help but want to peel back those layers and understand the why behind his actions.

Honestly, that’s an achievement in itself— props to you for that Jasmine ^^
If you ever want to delete saves one at a time, just hover your mouse over the slot you want to delete and hit the Delete key on your keyboard. Need to clear out a bunch at once? You can do a mass delete by going to: Local Disk (C:) > Users > [YourUsername] > AppData > Roaming > RenPy
Look for the folder with Chromatic Agape’s name, and you’ll find all the save files there. From that point, you can select and delete them in bulk.
About the dom/sub toggle— this only affects the NSFW scene! It’ll determine whether you’re the one initiating the sexual activities. When the time comes, you’ll get a little prompt like (in Rosario’s route):
“Do you want me to spoil you?” — this puts you in the sub role.
“Do you want to spoil me?” — this puts you in the dom role.
And that’s it~ Let me know if you have any more questions!
I didn’t use up all the save slots, only a few, but now I don’t really need them plus making some space for the full release.

As for the NSFW scenes, it’s a mix of both the initiations and the actions you take part in. Like, whether things get more touchy-feely or move to the next level, even the dialogue shifts to match the vibe.

First of shout out to whoever did the ost for the ending 1. It’s my favorite of all the osts, it captures the oppressive atmosphere of the scene so well. It feels like being locked in a tiny room and being slowly suffocated by the heaviest incense/bukhoor ever.

Ooo, in Ending 1, there are two tracks! The first one you hear at the start is called "The Edge of Reluctance" by Moximog, and the one near the end, right before the final lines, is "Unraveling Doom" by Bismii.
As for the hand, that’s actually Rosario’s hand, not Sev’s! And yes, the light and butterflies are packed with both symbolism/aesthetics. If you take a closer look, you’ll notice how it differs from the other hallucination CG— that might be a little clue for you!

Hi I need a little confirmation on Kai’s design. First I thought it was some sort of kimono/hanfu but then I saw there wasn’t a crossed collar.
But also his design makes me think of a (highly revisited) monk attire, mainly the belt tbh. So yea, what are the inspos behind Kai’s outfits I wanna see if I’m right
You're totes right Jasmine! Remember how last time you mentioned the lotus flower? Well, that's a key symbol in both Hinduism and Buddhism. The rest of his outfits also take a similar direction.
You can also see it in the open chest design since in both religions, the chest area is closely associated with the heart, which is symbolic of spiritual growth, compassion, and wisdom, also known as an embodiment of divine love and compassion (we also really wanted to showcase the tattoos LOL)

So Kai really is the more spiritual-driven of the bunch, like the one who I think got the less connections to the material world. From the religious references(so from Christianity, Buddhism and Hinduism ?), to the way he acts so detached and passive, even his blue-ish skin tone.
And concerning his tattoos, I can also see insects? Idk, I’ve also seen that they’ll be important in his route … do they symbolize anything or is it mainly for the horror aspect ?
Kai’s skin tone plays a really significant role in his storyline. I’m super curious to hear what you think it might be! (It’ll help me see if the twist catches you off guard!) As for the insects… I can’t give too much away, but they’re both symbolic and a source of horror~ (and it's gonna be torture to program because of the on/off toggle for it T~T)

In my opinion he’s probably not totally alive. Like he’s not on the same level as the others.
First, obviously the skin tone, that’s not the skin of an alive and breathing person with blood running in their veins.
Then, his demeanor. As I said he’s very not connected to the material world. His way of speaking himself in the 3rd person. Helios uses « one » mostly to, idk how to say it, makes his speech more formal and also emphasize his opinions. Kai uses the 3rd person as if he’s not really here.
Ofc, the numerous references to religion and especially what happens after death in said religions (lotus, reincarnation, Buddhism 🤔 am I connecting the dots)
Also, in the dialogue where our mc is getting mega jumped and she gets the choice to look pleadingly at a pixie (as if they’ll save her haha …). When picking Kai he says something like « I sense the funeral pyre drawing near ». I mean, the other pixies mostly said things like « nooo haha we will torture you some more » but Kai made a direct reference to death. Ok 🤔
And now, the insects. Who eats the bodies of our decomposing dead ? YOU GET IT. (Talking about eating the dead, are we getting eaten alive by centipedes in his route 👀?)
And I’m certain his veil also ties to the world of the dead etc. He makes me think of these depictions of spirits with translucent fabrics on them
Conclusion to me, Kai’s probably not totally alive. I mean just look at him

happy crying jumping i can't believe i JUST found this masterpiece??? absolute 100/10! the writing, the art style, the story line, the characters MWAH ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. yandere visual novels are very much my thing and i always try to dig deeper in game sites and find anything revolving it. when i played this, i could feel the gaslighting vibes deep in my bone marrow and i was giggling kicking my feet the whole time because yes PLEASE hot fictional 2d men, manipulate me MORE (i'm mentally ill).
all of them are suspicious in their own way that it's just interesting. the "heroes", while hot, immediately felt unsettling to me because of how condescending they were towards shyloh. i was flaring because LEAVE HIM ALONE!!! HE'S JUST A SILLY LITTLE GUY!!! CAPABLE OF MURDER BUT HE DID NOTHING WRONG!!! and yes, shyloh is absolutely loco in the head BUT... his devotion... the yearning in his eyes... i love myself a TRUE YEARNER HE'S JUST LIKE ME FR! LITERALLY VIBRATING IN MY SEAT RN I NEED HIM. i was also lowk pissed off at helios for doing kai like that. i can assume kai did something horrible before but i helplessly have a soft spot for characters who treated the mc gently when no one else did </3 FUCK U HELIOS I DON'T LIKE YOU.

Okay, so I’ll try to avoid spoilers as much as possible, but here’s the gist: Kai did something in the past (back when he was the leader) that turned him into an outcast. Because of this, nobody really cares what he does as long as he stays out of their way. Oh, and unrelated side note: I tweaked his dialogue with Helios a bit to make Helios seem less suspicious to new readers. I felt like I was overemphasizing how much Helios looks down on Kai, so I toned it down a little.
Anyway, Kai is helping Sev because he wants something from her. (Spoiler alert— I can’t go into details yet!) For the first event, where the fake Shyloh (shapeshifted Rosario) attacks Sev, it’s actually part of their plan. They’re trying to make Sev believe it’s really Shyloh to give her a false impression of him.
As for the second event, that’s more Kai-driven. The veil he gives Sev helps reduce her pain (or maybe it’s just a placebo effect, like covering up a wound... who knows?) The other pixies don’t really care about this because, from their perspective, she’s going to die anyway, and they’ll get her pure life essence regardless.
Now, about Shyloh and Helios’s choking scene: Helios hadn’t given Shyloh the signal yet (he even explains this to Sev when she asks about it). The whole ploy was to paint Shyloh as the bad guy, and if the others intervened, it wouldn’t have had the same impact. Similarly, with Rosario, they didn’t care about her actions as long as the end goal—Sev’s death—was achieved.
Ultimately, Helios doesn’t think much of Kai because of something Kai did in the past. This event still affects him and his interactions with the others. Even Kai’s effort with the veil doesn’t change much in the end because Sev still dies. That’s kind of the theme with Kai’s arc; his good intentions don’t always change the outcome.
In terms of intentions, they’re split: in the first incident with the veil, he’s aligned with the pixies because he wants something from Sev (and no, it’s not Ehsas like the others want). In the second incident with the pixie's ending, his actions seem well-meaning, but whether or not he succeeds in getting what he wants is left ambiguous; it’s something tied to his route.
Hope that cleared things up a bit more! By the way, do you think the whole veil situation is a little confusing? If so, I could look into clarifying the demo text to make it easier to follow.

So to sum it up, the pixies are constantly in a IDGAF mood, nobody cares about Kai, he doesn’t have good intentions and his veil isn’t even guaranteed to really work. Sev is in the TRENCHES yea I would rather eat grass then be in her position.
For the choking scene since it was explained I didn’t problems understanding, but also, if Sev haven’t done anything would he have given the signal ? Or is Helios willing to die for that? But then if he dies = no leader so he probably would have made the signal 2 seconds away from having his throat crushed.
Tbh Rosario is probably the worst actor alive, like, he’s supposed to imitate Shyloh but didn’t even bother to also get his personality right. That would be funny if the pixies basically told Rosario « yea to weird Sev out just act as your usual self ».
Don’t worry for the veil part, I think it’s explained well
Btw I thought that Sev would have just been locked up somewhere and be drained from their ehsas or something, yk, something like a farmer that milks his cow but instead of milk the pixies get ehsas. But wow they straight up planned to get Sev killed 😨 Ill think of good ways to slander each of the pixies plus survival plans because there’s no way we’re lasting more than three hours in the routes ☠️
And I forgot, the most important question of them all. Do I have the chance of beating any of the pixies in a fight ? Additional magic and brass knuckles not included of course. Like on a scale of 0 to 10 what’s the probability of beating any of the pixies in a fight

Yep, the pixies really don’t care about anything except one thing: getting Sev’s life essence. Each of them has their own plans for it, tied to their personal motivations and sin arch-type. But here’s the catch— Sev’s emotions have made the essence all negative, so now they’re stuck trying to figure out how to deal with her. They could try being nice and shifting Sev’s perspective so her emotions aren’t so messed up, but naaaah— these pixies are too far gone themselves to bother.
Kai totally brought this mess on himself with something shady he did back when he was a leader. (The twist is gonna blow your mind, hopefully XD) Sev’s situation is rough, like really rough, but don’t count out the grass strategy just yet, there’s still hope! And hey, worst-case scenario, she’s flambé FSHGJFSGFJGFJSDGDJ
About Rosario— so glad you think it’s clear! Someone I had as an editor (who bailed in less than a week, btw) wanted me to spell it out more, and I was doubting myself. Like, is it really not obvious? So hearing that it lands is such a relief! Especially since I’m done tweaking the demo and was so not ready to dive back into edits again XDDD
As for the “milking Sev” thing… uh, yeah, it’s technically on the table. It all depends on which pixie would be most motivated to go that route. Think about their personalities and goals— who would go for a method like caging her, overworking her, or making her their personal slave?
And don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. She half-blinded Adonis in the demo? So, yeeees, you’ll totally get to fight back. Curious to hear which pixies have the possibility of dying LOL
If you’re fighting the pixies without powers, it’s like… a hard 0% chance of winning. Some won’t fight you, so there’s that, I guess? >u< If you’ve got powers, your odds jump to about 3/10, and with some clever psychological manipulation, you can bump it to 5/10. But if they don’t have powers and you do? Now we’re talking— 5/10 chance, or even 7/10 if you’re playing it smart. So yeah, it’s not all doom and gloom… maybe…
(Phew had HTML problems …) Dont worry about the flower symbolism we already got Rosario, as beautiful, passionate and especially thorny as a red rose (his name means rosary in Spanish and Italian, how ironic knowing who he is …). Sighs if only the pixies spent their time studying psychology and therapy instead of maximizing the art of evilness … it would be better not only for them but for Sev too.
I’m already afraid about what Kai might have done like, wow, is it THAT BAD ?! What must he have done to get ostracized by the embodiments of evil themselves ? Also noticing the scars around his mouth … Punishment for what he have done maybe ?
We’re laughing about flambé-d Sev but then I see the cannibalism tag on Yulen’s route and yup, Sev kebab might become a real thing.
Also, concerning about whether things are clear or not in the demo I think they’re clear enough. And even so, personal opinion, if everything was 100% explicit and obvious then it would remove the pleasure of thinking, interpretation, pointing hidden things out, connecting the dots and conversation about said things. (And also if everything was laid out in the open then I wouldn’t find new things to say every time I play the demo)
… now if I go to the trigger warnings section, I’ll guess it’s the red haired leather fiend or his old one-eyed buddy. Sev really cant catch a break even out of medical school 😕 Realistically in a fight with no weapons ? Im getting turned into shish kebab by everyone. But in a fight using wits, weapons etc it’s true that Adonis got half blinded. His reflexes doesn’t seem great so just saying, he can kiss his other eye goodbye … And I could possibly take Yulen in a fight just because he’s the one who annoyed me the most, overcoming obstacles by pure pettiness. For anyone above 180cm except Adonis I wouldn’t even try. (Not the unsure « maybe » after the it’s not all doom and gloom ☠️ it’s so over for Sev)
Also how long is Rosario’s hair since the majority of it is hidden ? This is very important to me
Interesting fact, I actually considered writing down DID (Dissociative identity disorder) for Rosario in my earlier drafts! He made a choice that seemed like the most heroic option, but it ended up isolating him even more (feel free to take a guess!).
Imagine if the pixies actually went to therapy, though! Helios would probably turn the tables and be like, “Why must one satisfy your curiosity?” Yulen would definitely flip the table. Merka would totally exaggerate his sob stories to win the pity party. Adonis would either praise or punish the therapist, depending on how they respond. Kai would stay silent, of course, and Rosario would try to seduce the therapist to get them to spill their secrets instead. As for Shyloh… well, that’s for you to theorize! ^^

Adonis does have the disadvantage of being half-blind, but I’ve got an amazing horror CG saved up for him—you’re going to love it! <33 As for Yulen, you could definitely try reverse psychology with him. The more you resist, the more he’ll enjoy it. Just play dead, and you’ve got a shot. Another option is Helios— he doesn’t really like getting his hands dirty; he’s more of a delegator.

Hii I’m curious about the structure of the pixies « domains ». On one side Im imaginating the domains as equally beautiful, something straight out of the haft paykar. But also it’s kinda hard imaginating someone like Yulen have a beautiful domain with flowers everywhere. And also i wonder how is it inside, interior design says a lot about someone (already planning escape plans). And does Shyloh even got a domain ? Or is he just constantly on the run so he cant settle somewhere

For the domains, they're all based on the character's personas/interests/archetypes/etc... Like you said, it wouldn't make sense to have Yulen running in a field of flowers XD However, it may have something to do with his tools (HINT: there are some clues in his duo dialogue with Adonis). Some of the pixies have interior-esque domains, while others are set on the outside, with one pixie having the best of both worlds (not gonna spoil who LOL)
As for Shyloh, I can't discriminate against the poor baby, he also has his own domain BUUUUUT... let's just say it's a tad different than the rest *eye stare emoji*

My current escape plans involve Adonis or Yulen since I know they probably have weapons hidden somewhere. So, when one of them isnt looking, we steal a weapon and boom they’re finished

I finally finished going through all the options (HOPEFULLY. I wouldn’t want to miss anything out) so I think I can finally write a comment for this game and OH MY GOODNESS. You are now crowned as my current favorite.
One thing I prioritize specifically in a good visual novel is the storywriting so when I came across this…*chefs kiss* THE LORE LORED BEAUTIFULLY!! Besides hot pixies, I was so entranced reading the dialogue. I was crazy enough to try to discover as much as I could. I kid you not, I literally jotted down every theory and analysis so I can keep note the next time this demo updates.
Speaking of, before I get into that, I want to make an extra note that I really likes the music. I don’t really often listen to game soundtracks, but I especially like the song played on the main menu (listening to it as I write.)

Shyloh my beloved. I was always weak for a villain who does what they do for the sole purpose to win over the person they yearn for. However, I feel like his love is not healthy and just as twisted as the rest (His trigger list oml.. why is gaslighting so high bby..). His goal seems to be an ending where MC will be by his side, but the process could be morally debatable.
From how I see it, his power comes from extracting ehsas from others, hence his association with the sin gluttony. Still, I feel bad for MC rejecting him outright..( LIKE I GET IT IF WE DON’T TRUST HIM INSTANTLY BUT IMMEDIATELY GOING FOR THE HEROES JUST BECAUSE SOME GUY CONJURED A MAGIC SPAGHETTI NOODLE OUT OF THIN AIR LIKE CMON MC UR IN THE MEDICAL FIELD I THOUGHT YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO BE SMART. 😭)
Like the rest, it seems he wants our essence too so he can achieve his goal, although unlike others, its likely for a less selfish desire. ANYWAYS id still go along with wtv tf hes planning… I AM SUDDENLY BLIND TO HIS FLAWS. MY SWEETHEART IS AN ANGEL.
Kai is a literal enigma. Studying his character I always find something that could possibly make him a good guy, then the next thing I find is a blatant red flag. Looking at his and Helios’ convo, im guessing he was the former leader( also saw this when MC was looking at the drawing), he fucked up in the past, got replaced by Helios as leader, and now the rest of the heroes don’t really care to acknowledge his presence. And since hes with a lack of authority, my theory is hes gonna use Shyloh to use MC to overpower the rest of the pixies, hence why he encourages MC to find Shyloh.
Anyways WHY IS HE ALWAYS COVERING OUR FACE THOUGH. I get that the veil is some sort of a protection but theres definitely an ulterior motive in obscuring our vision. Also reading his dialogue- can this mf see the future?? Is that why hes acting so differently??And finally, again, ppl are labeling Kai as the chillest mf BUT WHATS GOING ON WITH THAT TRIGGER LIST. We are safe with NO ONE.😭
Helios… it makes me fucking CACKLE to see despite me getting the most bad vibes from him, hes apparently the tamest mf in the trigger list. It seems like he wants nothing more than MC’s essence…probably, probably not.
I still believe though he has SOME sanity to him, especially comparing to the rest of the pixies. Who knows… this guy being splayed as the most intimidating might turn out to be least worst, besides Shyloh. That’s what im expecting at least.
Yulen and Adonis were the probs the most provoking to me throughout, especially the scene where they jumped MC (speaking of that scene-HOLY SHIT. Did they really have to go that hard on them, and by EVERYONE?? Poor mc lmaoo).
As of now I still cant figure out why yulen lied(?) about the creation process (when he said “looks like that pink snake didn’t train me well enough” I feel like he was talking about Rosario teaching him to lie since apparently he doesn’t do that, rather than the referring to other thing he mentioned- I COULD BE WRONG THOUGH), Im thinking that when they were created they were in a much weaker state?... THEIR MIND GAMES BRO- IM STILL FIGURING THEM OUT. 😭
Least I can say abt Merka and Rosario is that they were big contributors to the info I gathered.. Thanks to Merka whos just spewing shit straight up without thought, and Rosario whos probably half truthing it? Still. AND OH GOD ROSARIO CAN SHAPESHIFT. I felt so scared and relieved at the same time, relieved because now I know the second encounter with ‘Shyloh’ was a dupe, and scared cuz OH NO SHAPESHIFTING- That ability is SO powerful for manipulation. Rosario is hot BUT NO THANK YOU.

Like something about him weirdly makes me have sympathy for him??? Which is crazy, what is there to be sympathetic to? In my heart there's something and I just want to help him despite how awful he seems to be.
I think just like mentioned in the comments before, I'm gaslighting myself into loving him BUT LIKE AGAIN... There really is just something about him that I can't help but be interested. I will say I do completely see why people are on his slander train but... I'm on that love train even if it means I'm a naive freak.

Wow, filling up all the save slots? Honestly, that’s an achievement in itself— props to you for that Jasmine ^^
If you ever want to delete saves one at a time, just hover your mouse over the slot you want to delete and hit the Delete key on your keyboard. Need to clear out a bunch at once? You can do a mass delete by going to: Local Disk (C:) > Users > [YourUsername] > AppData > Roaming > RenPy
Look for the folder with Chromatic Agape’s name, and you’ll find all the save files there. From that point, you can select and delete them in bulk.
About the dom/sub toggle— this only affects the NSFW scene! It’ll determine whether you’re the one initiating the sexual activities. When the time comes, you’ll get a little prompt like (in Rosario’s route):
“Do you want me to spoil you?” — this puts you in the sub role.
“Do you want to spoil me?” — this puts you in the dom role.
And that’s it~ Let me know if you have any more questions!
I didn’t use up all the save slots, only a few, but now I don’t really need them plus making some space for the full release.

Just a quick heads-up— save files from demos don’t usually carry over to the full release, so you’ll probably need to start fresh with new save slots once the full version drops.
As for the NSFW scenes, it’s a mix of both the initiations and the actions you take part in. Like, whether things get more touchy-feely or move to the next level, even the dialogue shifts to match the vibe.

First of shout out to whoever did the ost for the ending 1. It’s my favorite of all the osts, it captures the oppressive atmosphere of the scene so well. It feels like being locked in a tiny room and being slowly suffocated by the heaviest incense/bukhoor ever.
In the cg for the scene, yk the one with Sev’s hand, we can see some sort of rainbow light and butterflies
Is it supposed to be some sort of symbolism or just for aesthetism ?

Ooo, in Ending 1, there are two tracks! The first one you hear at the start is called "The Edge of Reluctance" by Moximog, and the one near the end, right before the final lines, is "Unraveling Doom" by Bismii.
As for the hand, that’s actually Rosario’s hand, not Sev’s! And yes, the light and butterflies are packed with both symbolism/aesthetics. If you take a closer look, you’ll notice how it differs from the other hallucination CG— that might be a little clue for you!

Hi I need a little confirmation on Kai’s design. First I thought it was some sort of kimono/hanfu but then I saw there wasn’t a crossed collar.
But also his design makes me think of a (highly revisited) monk attire, mainly the belt tbh. So yea, what are the inspos behind Kai’s outfits I wanna see if I’m right
You're totes right Jasmine! Remember how last time you mentioned the lotus flower? Well, that's a key symbol in both Hinduism and Buddhism. The rest of his outfits also take a similar direction.
You can also see it in the open chest design since in both religions, the chest area is closely associated with the heart, which is symbolic of spiritual growth, compassion, and wisdom, also known as an embodiment of divine love and compassion (we also really wanted to showcase the tattoos LOL)
Our art director was the person who did his character design so a lot of thought went it it, hehe~~
So Kai really is the more spiritual-driven of the bunch, like the one who I think got the less connections to the material world. From the religious references(so from Christianity, Buddhism and Hinduism ?), to the way he acts so detached and passive, even his blue-ish skin tone.
And concerning his tattoos, I can also see insects? Idk, I’ve also seen that they’ll be important in his route … do they symbolize anything or is it mainly for the horror aspect ?
Kai’s skin tone plays a really significant role in his storyline. I’m super curious to hear what you think it might be! (It’ll help me see if the twist catches you off guard!) As for the insects… I can’t give too much away, but they’re both symbolic and a source of horror~ (and it's gonna be torture to program because of the on/off toggle for it T~T)

In my opinion he’s probably not totally alive. Like he’s not on the same level as the others.First, obviously the skin tone, that’s not the skin of an alive and breathing person with blood running in their veins.
Then, his demeanor. As I said he’s very not connected to the material world. His way of speaking himself in the 3rd person. Helios uses « one » mostly to, idk how to say it, makes his speech more formal and also emphasize his opinions. Kai uses the 3rd person as if he’s not really here.
Ofc, the numerous references to religion and especially what happens after death in said religions (lotus, reincarnation, Buddhism 🤔 am I connecting the dots)
Also, in the dialogue where our mc is getting mega jumped and she gets the choice to look pleadingly at a pixie (as if they’ll save her haha …). When picking Kai he says something like « I sense the funeral pyre drawing near ». I mean, the other pixies mostly said things like « nooo haha we will torture you some more » but Kai made a direct reference to death. Ok 🤔
And now, the insects. Who eats the bodies of our decomposing dead ? YOU GET IT. (Talking about eating the dead, are we getting eaten alive by centipedes in his route 👀?)
And I’m certain his veil also ties to the world of the dead etc. He makes me think of these depictions of spirits with translucent fabrics on them
Conclusion to me, Kai’s probably not totally alive. I mean just look at him

happy crying jumping i can't believe i JUST found this masterpiece??? absolute 100/10! the writing, the art style, the story line, the characters MWAH ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. yandere visual novels are very much my thing and i always try to dig deeper in game sites and find anything revolving it. when i played this, i could feel the gaslighting vibes deep in my bone marrow and i was giggling kicking my feet the whole time because yes PLEASE hot fictional 2d men, manipulate me MORE (i'm mentally ill).
all of them are suspicious in their own way that it's just interesting. the "heroes", while hot, immediately felt unsettling to me because of how condescending they were towards shyloh. i was flaring because LEAVE HIM ALONE!!! HE'S JUST A SILLY LITTLE GUY!!! CAPABLE OF MURDER BUT HE DID NOTHING WRONG!!! and yes, shyloh is absolutely loco in the head BUT... his devotion... the yearning in his eyes... i love myself a TRUE YEARNER HE'S JUST LIKE ME FR! LITERALLY VIBRATING IN MY SEAT RN I NEED HIM. i was also lowk pissed off at helios for doing kai like that. i can assume kai did something horrible before but i helplessly have a soft spot for characters who treated the mc gently when no one else did </3 FUCK U HELIOS I DON'T LIKE YOU.

We see Kai seemingly “helping” (or is he ? Cant even tell. Cant trust no one) our protagonist with his veil in the presence of the other pixies that have nothing but bad intentions
Why didnt they intervene tho ? Did they not see him or is it completely deliberate (but then they also didnt intervene when Shyloh choked tf out of Helios or when Rosario just went at it in the ending 1)
So yea, did Helios deem Kai’s antics with Sev as not a big deal for his plan ? Or did they somehow all got distracted and didnt see Kai helping Sev ? Or maybe Kai himself didnt have good intentions too in the first place

Okay, so I’ll try to avoid spoilers as much as possible, but here’s the gist: Kai did something in the past (back when he was the leader) that turned him into an outcast. Because of this, nobody really cares what he does as long as he stays out of their way. Oh, and unrelated side note: I tweaked his dialogue with Helios a bit to make Helios seem less suspicious to new readers. I felt like I was overemphasizing how much Helios looks down on Kai, so I toned it down a little.
Anyway, Kai is helping Sev because he wants something from her. (Spoiler alert— I can’t go into details yet!) For the first event, where the fake Shyloh (shapeshifted Rosario) attacks Sev, it’s actually part of their plan. They’re trying to make Sev believe it’s really Shyloh to give her a false impression of him.
As for the second event, that’s more Kai-driven. The veil he gives Sev helps reduce her pain (or maybe it’s just a placebo effect, like covering up a wound... who knows?) The other pixies don’t really care about this because, from their perspective, she’s going to die anyway, and they’ll get her pure life essence regardless.
Now, about Shyloh and Helios’s choking scene: Helios hadn’t given Shyloh the signal yet (he even explains this to Sev when she asks about it). The whole ploy was to paint Shyloh as the bad guy, and if the others intervened, it wouldn’t have had the same impact. Similarly, with Rosario, they didn’t care about her actions as long as the end goal—Sev’s death—was achieved.
Ultimately, Helios doesn’t think much of Kai because of something Kai did in the past. This event still affects him and his interactions with the others. Even Kai’s effort with the veil doesn’t change much in the end because Sev still dies. That’s kind of the theme with Kai’s arc; his good intentions don’t always change the outcome.
In terms of intentions, they’re split: in the first incident with the veil, he’s aligned with the pixies because he wants something from Sev (and no, it’s not Ehsas like the others want). In the second incident with the pixie's ending, his actions seem well-meaning, but whether or not he succeeds in getting what he wants is left ambiguous; it’s something tied to his route.
Hope that cleared things up a bit more! By the way, do you think the whole veil situation is a little confusing? If so, I could look into clarifying the demo text to make it easier to follow.

So to sum it up, the pixies are constantly in a IDGAF mood, nobody cares about Kai, he doesn’t have good intentions and his veil isn’t even guaranteed to really work. Sev is in the TRENCHES yea I would rather eat grass then be in her position.For the choking scene since it was explained I didn’t problems understanding, but also, if Sev haven’t done anything would he have given the signal ? Or is Helios willing to die for that? But then if he dies = no leader so he probably would have made the signal 2 seconds away from having his throat crushed.

Yep, the pixies really don’t care about anything except one thing: getting Sev’s life essence. Each of them has their own plans for it, tied to their personal motivations and sin arch-type. But here’s the catch— Sev’s emotions have made the essence all negative, so now they’re stuck trying to figure out how to deal with her. They could try being nice and shifting Sev’s perspective so her emotions aren’t so messed up, but naaaah— these pixies are too far gone themselves to bother.Kai totally brought this mess on himself with something shady he did back when he was a leader. (The twist is gonna blow your mind, hopefully XD) Sev’s situation is rough, like really rough, but don’t count out the grass strategy just yet, there’s still hope! And hey, worst-case scenario, she’s flambé FSHGJFSGFJGFJSDGDJ
About Rosario— so glad you think it’s clear! Someone I had as an editor (who bailed in less than a week, btw) wanted me to spell it out more, and I was doubting myself. Like, is it really not obvious? So hearing that it lands is such a relief! Especially since I’m done tweaking the demo and was so not ready to dive back into edits again XDDD
As for the “milking Sev” thing… uh, yeah, it’s technically on the table. It all depends on which pixie would be most motivated to go that route. Think about their personalities and goals— who would go for a method like caging her, overworking her, or making her their personal slave?
And don’t worry, I’ve got you covered. She half-blinded Adonis in the demo? So, yeeees, you’ll totally get to fight back. Curious to hear which pixies have the possibility of dying LOL
If you’re fighting the pixies without powers, it’s like… a hard 0% chance of winning. Some won’t fight you, so there’s that, I guess? >u< If you’ve got powers, your odds jump to about 3/10, and with some clever psychological manipulation, you can bump it to 5/10. But if they don’t have powers and you do? Now we’re talking— 5/10 chance, or even 7/10 if you’re playing it smart. So yeah, it’s not all doom and gloom… maybe…

Sighs if only the pixies spent their time studying psychology and therapy instead of maximizing the art of evilness … it would be better not only for them but for Sev too.I’m already afraid about what Kai might have done like, wow, is it THAT BAD ?! What must he have done to get ostracized by the embodiments of evil themselves ? Also noticing the scars around his mouth … Punishment for what he have done maybe ?
We’re laughing about flambé-d Sev but then I see the cannibalism tag on Yulen’s route and yup, Sev kebab might become a real thing.
Also, concerning about whether things are clear or not in the demo I think they’re clear enough. And even so, personal opinion, if everything was 100% explicit and obvious then it would remove the pleasure of thinking, interpretation, pointing hidden things out, connecting the dots and conversation about said things. (And also if everything was laid out in the open then I wouldn’t find new things to say every time I play the demo)
… now if I go to the trigger warnings section, I’ll guess it’s the red haired leather fiend or his old one-eyed buddy. Sev really cant catch a break even out of medical school 😕 Realistically in a fight with no weapons ? Im getting turned into shish kebab by everyone. But in a fight using wits, weapons etc it’s true that Adonis got half blinded. His reflexes doesn’t seem great so just saying, he can kiss his other eye goodbye … And I could possibly take Yulen in a fight just because he’s the one who annoyed me the most, overcoming obstacles by pure pettiness. For anyone above 180cm except Adonis I wouldn’t even try. (Not the unsure « maybe » after the it’s not all doom and gloom ☠️ it’s so over for Sev)
Also how long is Rosario’s hair since the majority of it is hidden ? This is very important to me
Interesting fact, I actually considered writing down DID (Dissociative identity disorder) for Rosario in my earlier drafts! I’d planned for his dual personality to be called ‘Floreta’— one side would be super flirty, and the other would be really prudish, which would leave him conflicted about his emotions. But, I ended up scrapping the idea in the end LOL

As for the meaning… well, I’ll leave that as a little mystery for now, but you’re definitely on the right track. As for what he’s done, it kind of depends on the person’s perspective. He made a choice that seemed like the most heroic option, but it ended up isolating him even more (feel free to take a guess!).Imagine if the pixies actually went to therapy, though! Helios would probably turn the tables and be like, “Why must one satisfy your curiosity?” Yulen would definitely flip the table. Merka would totally exaggerate his sob stories to win the pity party. Adonis would either praise or punish the therapist, depending on how they respond. Kai would stay silent, of course, and Rosario would try to seduce the therapist to get them to spill their secrets instead. As for Shyloh… well, that’s for you to theorize! ^^

XDDD Adonis does have the disadvantage of being half-blind, but I’ve got an amazing horror CG saved up for him—you’re going to love it! <33 As for Yulen, you could definitely try reverse psychology with him. The more you resist, the more he’ll enjoy it. Just play dead, and you’ve got a shot. Another option is Helios— he doesn’t really like getting his hands dirty; he’s more of a delegator.
By the way, I’m super curious— how many times have you played the game by now? You keep finding new stuff every time, and I spent a solid 4 months actively working on hiding them all FJSGHFJSGHFJSGFJ

Hii I’m curious about the structure of the pixies « domains ». On one side Im imaginating the domains as equally beautiful, something straight out of the haft paykar. But also it’s kinda hard imaginating someone like Yulen have a beautiful domain with flowers everywhere. And also i wonder how is it inside, interior design says a lot about someone (already planning escape plans). And does Shyloh even got a domain ? Or is he just constantly on the run so he cant settle somewhereHiya Hehe, glad to read your comments once again! For the domains, they're all based on the character's personas/interests/archetypes/etc... Like you said, it wouldn't make sense to have Yulen running in a field of flowers XD However, it may have something to do with his tools (HINT: there are some clues in his duo dialogue with Adonis). Some of the pixies have interior-esque domains, while others are set on the outside, with one pixie having the best of both worlds (not gonna spoil who LOL)
As for Shyloh, I can't discriminate against the poor baby, he also has his own domain BUUUUUT... let's just say it's a tad different than the rest *eye stare emoji*

I have an idea for who's having the best of both worlds (either Helios because he's the mighty leader or Rosario who seems very keen on aesthetics) My theory is that Shylohs domain is either hidden or he lives a nomadic lifestyleMy current escape plans involve Adonis or Yulen since I know they probably have weapons hidden somewhere. Well after that ... rely on the power of hope and prayers and eat grass to survive, or maybe threaten Shyloh until he sends us back idk Yup already plotting to escape, the chances of surviving (literally and figuratively) either of the pixies seem pretty low and thats ok because I love horror and creepyness the mostYou're the creator of the realm— you don’t have anyone to pray to! XD But I love the "eat grass" idea, so I’ll definitely add it to the script (fingers crossed the editor keeps it in, LOL). Honestly, Shyloh would probably just wreck the entire world of the painting rather than let you go. That guy’s a total psycho (I wonder who made him that way...)
