There’s actually an option in the game that explains it, like when the pixies attack (idk what they were exactly, but I remember there being flamethrower, gun options and stuff). But the thing is, MC doesn’t know how to make that shit. She’s not familiar with it. And like, what average person is? She can only create stuff she already knows, stuff she’s worked with IRL. You might have played the game on skip mode or sth ngl.
Exactly, there’s a whole scene where we can choose weapons other than the scalpel specifically to explain the mc’s limitations (said scene was added in a later patch since some people couldn’t understand why Sev could not possibly make a machine gun)
I did play the game and I am just pissed, because why these ultimate objects if none of them are going to work, why all of these choices of weaponry if the ultimate is that there is nothing. I get the meaning and all because you know "It's so that the player is given false hope and bla bla bla" But these are multiple options, and yet none of them are even useful. If they have the ability to create what they can see, they can create a lot more other things like a kitchen knife, or other common household objects they can use. Such as a literal glass vase or any vase, everyone knows a vase is or better yet a literal tool or shovel. There are multiple common household or common objects and I think for the theme "It's so the player can feel hope but it's thrown away" can be put into different uses since instead of hope it feels annoying because there are actual ways to go around it.
Dude why you pissed lmao?? Like Jasmine said, that choice wasn’t even in the OG demo, it was added specifically in the updated one cuz players asked for an illusionary choice. Literally in the devlogs, go check if you don’t believe it. The whole point was to give some exposition, it shows how her powers are limited, like yeah she’s technically called a god, but only cuz she created the painting. She’s using her powers for the first time, it’s not supposed to be god-tier right away. Do you draw like a pro the first time?
And about the item options, a vase? a kitchen knife? Be serious. Which college student even has a random vase in their dorm lol The story clearly sets up the items she's spent actual time with/has experience, like the scalpel and the injection with Shyloh. They were even shown at the start of the story, so it makes sense they'd come back. Pulling out a knife or vase outta nowhere would just feel super random.
Also like... why would you want to use that stuff? No matter what you pick, you’re still OP with all those pixies around. Even if you summon a machine gun or whatever (??), okay cool you wiped them out, now what? The game’s a dark romance, not Doom Eternal. The whole point of the pixies switching up is so we get those yandere vibes. If they didn’t go crazy, then what’s even the genre?? And if they do and you just nuke them right after, congrats you just finished the game (And if you come back with “oh I’d just romance Shyloh instead”, but then what? There’s literally no opposing force in the story anymore, no tension, no stakes, just a flatline. That’s boring af. Dark romance needs drama. You can’t have a fire story without conflict.)
And Sev could only think of medical items instead of idk a shovel or a kitchen knife to show how much medical school have permeated every aspect of their life, from childhood till now. So much that even in situations of great danger the first think they think of is a scalpel
When someone is mentally ill they don’t tend to think « clearly » and that’s what the scene was also trying to show

Hmm, not totally sure what you meant by “I clearly chose I can tolerate those and not read them”— do you mean seeing the CG but skipping the text? (Or was that maybe a typo? like: I clearly chose I CAN’T tolerate those and not read them) Just to clarify, there isn’t an option like that, since it wouldn’t really make sense to show the image without the accompanying text.
You basically have three choices:
A. Read the scene and see the NSFW CG
B. Read the scene but get a black screen instead of the NSFW CG
C. Skip the entire scene (no NSFW CG, no text)
If you choose option C, you won’t unlock the choice path for one of the common endings where the deed happens because that scene is meant to be hidden (for those who selected C) unless you’re open to engaging with it (ergo, either option A or B). It’s a comfort-first setup.
However, if you did pick option C and still somehow unlocked that Rosario ending, that might be a bug. If so, let me know the game version, your device, and what exactly happened— I’ll look into it!
As for NSFW scenes in the game:

The demo only includes one NSFW scene, which is with Rosario (+ the aftermath CG). In the full version, you’ll be able to unlock NSFW content for both Shyloh and Rosario— they’re the only two with sexual content. The other characters don’t have any.
When unlocked, the CGs will depict them fully bare.

first of all - the character designs are STUNNING. the masses yearn for pretty boys with long hair and you guys delivered lmao the music is beautifully made too <3 so calming and soothing, def fits the vibes of the game. the art overall delicious and very eatable yum yum yum
moving on to plot im,,, confused but also hooked. like when they started speaking about ehsas, essense and all that. also doesn't help they be speaking in riddles like brooo im not smart enough to get all of it just dumb it out for me or get me a whiteboard for a visual explinationnnnn

i loved everything about this game!! but as an artist, i must say that the art what took me, the style is so gorgeous AND LONG HAIRED MEN RRRRRRAAAAAAAAAGGGGHHHH cant wait for the full game!!!
What an absolutely fascinating introduction to the game. Was not at all expecting the "heroes" to show their true colors this fast, or this... uhh... violently. I think I kind of underestimated the trigger warning list 😆 I was just like, casually scrolling through it "yes, yes, violence, yandere behavior, nothing unusual" and then... And then I ended up feeling genuinely disturbed at times, which is uncommon. Which is to say, amazing job with the horror elements!
Really looking forward to more ~ Also, really hoping for an opportunity to put the "heroes" in their place, since I'm their god and all that 🤭 Can't be that hard to do, really, I just need to get the hang of my abilities and then...
Oh, also, I had a question. I noticed in the character customization part of the description it says we'll be able to pick our preferences for the nsfw scenes, but I haven't seen it in the game yet. Is is going to come up at a later point?
Hii, I saw in another comment from the creator that the preferences for the NSFW scene will be decided during the scene itself (sorry if I'm overstepping).
This is what they said "When the time comes, you’ll get a little prompt like (in Rosario’s route):
“Do you want me to spoil you?” — this puts you in the sub role.
“Do you want to spoil me?” — this puts you in the dom role.
I got into this game for Helios, just to end up with eyes only for Shyloh, I absolutely hated not being able to take the poor baby's side when Helios was being an antagonist, because I'm sorry Helios buddy, I've played enough yandere games to know an antagonist when I see one 😂
Absolutely cannot wait until the full release, I think I'll hold off on playing further until then, so I can immediately pursue Shyloh 😊
This was so good i have no words. The art was so beautiful I'm literally in love with Helios, Kai and the nameless pixie. The writing was TO DIE FOR and I can't wait for the game to be fully released <3.
